Purpose of the Work: We were posed with the task of concepting a sort of style guide for Carmex’s new website. We created moodboards for 2 different concepts: “Camex Technologee” and “Yeah, that’s Carmex in my pocket”. We then made shirts to show the brand extensions. The shirts served as inspiration and fodder for the web designers. A short time later the client decided they liked the shirts so much that they put them for sale on Carmex’s merchandise sitelet.
