Purpose of the Work: The purpose of StickyHatz as a product is to address a need for newborn to 1 year old baby hats that actually stay on. The purpose of the packaging is to portray an upscale but earth friendly product that gives the audience a feeling that when they buy/use the hats, it is not only a fashion statement and status symbol, but they can feel good about how it was made. A comparable product to StickyHatz is Robeez shoes, who market to a similar group. The primary target audience for the StickyHatz product is new parents and pregnant mothers aged 18-45 of middle to upper-middle socioeconomic group. The secondary target audience is friends and family of new parent that are looking for gifts for the new parent(s).
