Design for Good at Gold Medal Park

Design and Social Change
How do designers impact society?
Do you want to be part of something bigger than yourself?
Do you need to feed your soul?
At our June meeting, we had an animated discussion about the kind of change we hope to create, and what projects we might take on over the next 4-6 months that would highlight design thinking.
We are exploring ideas around the use of chemicals in our environment and our food, as well as signage along the Washington Avenue corridor. At our July 10th meeting, we will refine one of these ideas and narrow the scope so we can start to move this project forward.
Bring a notebook and come prepared to brainstorm.
You can make a difference! Come join the design team.

In case of rain, we’ll meet at Open Book on Washington Ave.   Gold Medal Park (near the Guthrie in downtown Minneapolis)
