Lunch & Learn

Help designers get inspired over lunch.

We are looking for a volunteer to organize and run our Lunch & Learn events. Our recent Lunch & Learns have been very popular, including our illustrators panel, Accessibility training, and last year’s design camp virtual experience.
All Lunch & Learns are held on Zoom and present a wide variety of speakers, topics, and creative perspectives. You will work with board members to
  • curate topics
  • find speakers
  • organize the events
  • help educate and energize the design community

If you love learning and want to help bring learning opportunities to the design community, please apply to volunteer. And learning is better with a friend. If you have someone you’d like to co-chair with, please let us know.

About Luncheons

Luncheons is one of the longest running programs of AIGA Minnesota.  Since 1991 AIGA Minnesota has been celebrating the design in Minnesota by featuring local speakers from within the design community and are designed to inform and enlighten the AIGA constituency on a variety of timely design-related topics.  Luncheons have been a great way to connect with fellow AIGA members and non-members and an ideal way to get to know a variety of professionals in the Twin Cities. The mid-day event provides attendees with a change of pace to their work day by having them out to lunch!
