Each year, clients, business partners, and such-like guests look forward to the infamous FAME Open House party. And, each year, those on the invite list can expect an ante-upped invitation. Which means the creatives at FAME were tasked with coming up with a brand-spanking new style to fit the FAME voice that our invitees recognize. And to create the next great thing to wow guests and, hopefully, even the lovable design snobs we call co-workers. The event was to be held on May 5th and, thus, our inspiration revealed itself: Cinco de FAME-O. Complete with sombreros, south of the border nosh and margaritas for every amigo.

    Delivery of Work

Since we could have a little bit of fun with this one, we did just that. From a build-it-yourself donkey to mustaches to match every personality, the invites practically oozed entertainment for hours. The creative team for the project wanted to not only alert the lucky invite list that FAME had another party planned, but to create something memorable, something interactive and something that would, simply put, make people happy. The four-color, four-layer invitation (you thought we were going to say burrito, didn’t you?) arrived in the mail and the tone was set for one very, very festive FAME fiesta.

    The Results

With FAME Open House attendance at an all-time high and not one, but two margarita machines emptied within only a few sweet hours, it’s safe to say the event was a smashing success. Guests came, they mingled, they dined and were even serenaded by our very own mariachi band. Remember that ante we were talking about? Consider it officially upped
