My goal is to use simple graphics to get people to understand the technology behind genetically modified food. My research revealed that many people do not understand what genetic modification is because the information is confusing and not visually engaging. I want to gain public interest so people will understand why their involvement is so critical.
Delivery of Work
This image is part of my upcoming graduate thesis exhibition which will visually tell the story of genetically modified food in nine posters. I will also include other components that are currently in production.
The Results
My graduate thesis exhibition will open in May. I want to help people understand that this technology has infiltrated our food system but we can do something about it.
