Networking & Discussion for Solopreneurs

First we’ll check in with everyone – so be prepared to tell us a bit about yourself and your business.

Join this virtual Solopreneurs meeting as we open the lines for networking and discussion. After the intros, we’ll open the meeting for sharing on this month’s requested topic: How can I make a difference as a solopreneur?

  • How can a solopreneur help create change in their community?
  • Share opportunities to work or volunteer for communities or social justice causes – or tell us about work you’ve already done
  • How can we help or mentor Black-owned and other minority-owned solos and businesses?
  • What are the rewards of helping to create equity in our own lives and businesses?

You are welcome to bring up these or any topics to the virtual table that are relevant to your solopreneur life or work. Register now to join this virtual discussion! You are welcome to eat lunch during the meeting.

Join us for an insightful discussion on topics relevant to people working in the creative economy. Meet other local, independent freelancers, consultants, small business owners, and entrepreneurs. Chair of Solopreneurs
I am Freelance Visual Designer and Artist based in Bloomington, MN. I have over a decade of experience with brand identities, designing for print & digital, website design, event design, as well as marketing strategy & planning. Overall, I'm more of a generalist who specializes in brand strategy, graphic design, and web design.

In addition to being a freelance designer, I am also a lettering and illustration artist. A lot of my custom hand-drawn work appears in my client projects.

When I’m not designing or drawing, I enjoy climbing/bouldering, lifting, going to movies, dancing, and hanging out with family & friends.
