The “Faces” campaign was used in over 3500 Great Clips salons and in multiple social channels. The core idea behind this print campaign inspired a national radio campaign.

Concept

Simple and unexpected. Great Clips needed a new campaign to stand out to highlight Clip Notes – an internal POS system for stylists that says exactly what the customer likes. This poster campaign creatively communicates how important each customer is to Great Clips and how they understand the importance of a great haircut every time.

Clip Notes. Don’t just get a cut, get your haircut.

Results

All involved were thrilled with the results, including customer posts and tweets about the unexpected approach and design we used to introduce Clip Notes. Since launching in Q2 of 2013, 78% of customers now have Clip Notes.
