Concept

Jeremiah Program is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization using a proven, holistic approach to transform families from poverty to prosperity two generations at a time. Through safe and affordable housing, quality early childhood education, life skills training and support for career-track education, Jeremiah Program prepares determined single mothers to succeed in the workforce, readies their children to succeed in school, and reduces generational dependence on public assistance.

With this annual report we chose the theme “Hope is Inherited” to highlight the amazing work Jeremiah Program does in supporting at risk women through their college education, while providing valuable services to their children. We told their compelling story through infographics, testimonials and statistics. Peggy Lauritsen Design Group is proud to continue their support for this great organization.

Results

We raised new awareness for the success of the program, which paved the way for national expansion. Jeremiah's story was also recently featured on the NY Times website: http://www.nytimes.com/2014/03/19/business/program-works-to-lift-single-mothers-out-of-poverty.htm
