After defining the identity, Fellow created an animated launch video, app icons, on-pack stickers, gift cards, DVD inserts and more. Online video tutorials were designed to help families set up kid controls, activate devices, sync accounts and download or stream content anywhere they go.
In 2013, entertainment media was in a state of change, shifting from physical DVDs to digital content. Big box and digital retailers like Walmart, Amazon and Netflix dominated the marketplace and our client Target was already late to the game. Fellow was enlisted to name and brand the service plus create a suite of materials that communicate Target Ticket’s unique offerings in the digital streaming category. Our work reinforced and communicated Target Ticket’s differentiating stance of providing all the movies and content you love with an easy to use and family-friendly format.
The launch of Target Ticket was seen as a complete success. Our clients felt Fellow played a key role in the overall effort of this important new service for Target.
