Design Impact Series: Art Buddies

Scott Mikesh is the President & Executive Director of Art Buddies, a creative mentor program for underprivileged kids that uses the power of creativity and one-on-one attention to change children’s lives. The program empowers kids to discover their own creativity as a valuable skill and path to success by involving creative adults who help expose kids to various creative methods and careers; including advertising, architecture, and design. Fueled by his passion for children, the arts, and social services, Scott is continually inspired by the support and volunteerism of our creative community. He believes in the real difference Art Buddies makes in the lives of kids through the power of creativity.
