On October 17, 10 people shared lunch together discussing a topic of critical importance to Monica Little: Building a Value-Based Organization. The 2012 AIGA Fellow discussed why defining your values is both important for your team and good for business. Monica shared how she and her company, Little (formerly Little & Company), took the time and effort to build a brand around her vision to create a “zero-ego” environment where clients, team members, and management are respected equally. With countless stories from Monica’s past and relevant questions from the attendees, the discussion adjourned at 1 pm but could have gone all afternoon.

Lunch with a Legend

Lunch with a Legend

Lunch with a Legend is a unique opportunity to learn firsthand from Minnesota’s design luminaries. Created by the Expert Designers Committee, it offers a range of topics for designers at various stages of their careers. This program is a mini series within the legacy Luncheons program, hosted by AIGA Minnesota. It is also a component of the AIGA Minnesota Mentor Program. Join us for Lunch with a Legend with Eric Madsen in December 2013.
