Creative Director Ian Davies is as recognizable for his boisterous laugh as his rockstar-level design work. In nearly two decades of design and art direction, Ian has reached legendary status for for his expertise in logo and identity development, as well as retail environments, packaging, websites and motion graphics. In his role, Ian helps our team find harmony between creative vision and strategic input.
Ian’s work has been featured in notable publications, including Graphis, Communication Arts, HOW Design Annual, Print, ID, GrainEdit and DieLine, and he has received numerous awards from AIGA and AdFed, among others. Prior to joining Little, he worked on clients such as Energizer, Tupperware and Smith & Haken. His current clients include Wyndam Hotels & Restaurants, Rebel Lures, Frick’s Meats, Bremer Bank, and Polaris.
Josh Grant doesn’t lightly pursue an endeavor, he goes full-throttle. As an account director, he’s enthusiastically problem-solving at every turn. He has a passion for working with brands big and small that are ripe for defining a new opportunity within their company, their category, or the culture as a whole.
Josh loves to solve problems through authentic branding and design solutions, believing that actions speak louder than words. He spent more than a decade working for Target Corp, as well as on clients such as 3M, Minnesota Twins and Chipotle. At Little, his clients include PepsiCo, Floating Islands and M Health.
