purpose of the work: Inspiration in a new neighborhood development with an admirable mission to restore 245 acres of land to it native prairie condition and build homes that are sensitive to the environment on a small footprint. What CPDC, the property developer, is selling is more than land but a lifestyle to those people nostalgic for a small town feeling in a “green” setting. Potential home buyers need to be informed of the unique qualities of this endeavor and what makes Inspiration so special.
