Purpose of the Work: As the principal marketing piece for the institution, the bi-monthly magazine announces the wide range of multidisciplinary events at the Walker: exhibitions, performances, film screenings, lectures, family events, member profiles, shop products, news, and sponsor recognition. Editorially the challenge of transforming what was previously a newsletter into a magazine meant introducing in-dept feature articles, interviews, and sidebars which allow readers to gain a broader sense of the scope of Walker’s programming.
