Purpose of the Work: Minneapolis has always been a community with strong cultural and academic support, which was illustrated once again with the public funding of a new central library in downtown Minneapolis. The facility, designed by Cesar Pelli and Architectural Alliance, brings the library concept into the 21st Century. Larsen was asked to design wayfinding and signage for the library.
